Peer Feedback

I received feedback from my group members today. Everyone will receive one, actually.

  • A jovial and cooperative team member.
  • Quiet and observant, always willing to elaborate on others' ideas.
  • Get the team going and provides ideas for the team, good job. Keep us going and moving...
  • He is a positive listener. Being mild and good-natured, he was never overly critical of the ideas suggested by others. This is important in brainstorming, as it encourages divergent thinking and creativity. It ensures that individuals are comfortable with providing ideas without being too apprehensive that those ideas may seem silly.
  • Willing to give suggestions ideas at times. Building up other's ideas.
  • Khai Yuen is a focused and well organised person. He helps the team by contributing often to the brainstorming process. He also tries to evaluate our ideas and never stops himself from articulating what he believes in.
I never knew that I have so many strengths. I don't even know what is "jovial", until I asked one of my team members.

There were many bad things also, but I shall keep them secret.
