Manual DSLR
I know I am still far from getting a DSLR. Daniel told me that I should try to get money to buy one, yet I am too lazy.
When you cannot get a thing you want, what you can do is just dreaming. So, I dreamt a lot about how to use a DSLR.
To fully understand DSLR, of course I need to read a lot about DSLR. I read everything from the most basic theory to more advanced thing like different technique on different lenses.
The more I read, the more I realise that to completely manually use a DLSR, is really difficult. Unlike conventional compact camera, DSLR cannot see the result before you take one. For manual exposure, even have to try a few shot before you can get the result you want.
Then there are too many things to set. Lense, exposure time and shutter speed, ISO time, aperture, white balance, and many else.
My mother always says that if I buy one, I will lose interest of it in short time. Given so many things to try on, I doubt that.
And I can imagine, if I can get one DSLR and try manual on everything, I guess I will only get one good take in over hundred of tries.
But, what matters is the process of finding the best shot, isn't it?
