Cellissimo
I didn't enjoy much of the celli today, not as much as the days before.
I went to CFA again today, to study (as so many people are urging me to study). Saw our guest harpist there, studying too.
After study for 1 hour or more, took out the cor anglais (aka english horn) to play. The director (or something) of CFA saw me playing there with some people of Harmonica Orchestra, but she didn't say anything. I guess I passed.
The president of Harmonica Orchestra (my friend, in short) asked me want to play for their concert or not. I will of course accept if they want me to play cor anglais, but he said flute. Then I fall into a dilemma. Although I do believe that playing both flute and cor anglais will not affect both much, but I do agree that it will affect a little, but I want perfect on my cor anglais (still because the pressure that someone may substitute me). I need the CCA point that he offers, but I don't want to lose my hard work on cor anglais. The world just doesn't perfect.
When I wanted to go eat dinner, I asked our friend harpist. She agreed to go also. I suddenly remembered this concert, asked her also. She also agreed. Officially first time I succeed in inviting a girl, yeah! But when we reached the canteen, she found that her wallet was lost, and went off to arts to search for it, left me behind with a -_- look.
In the end I went to conservatory by myself. I seriously think that maybe I should go and help our friend. Her wallet just keep stay in my mind, that I can't even concentrate on the musics.
Maybe because I just played cor anglais with different kind of resonance and tone, I can't feel the sweetness of cello as usually I would.
The only piece that I found interesting is the last piece, which one of the performers flipped her score, and the other performer took it and threw it away. Then they started throwing each others' scores onto the floor, so you can see paper flying. Such view was quite entertaining.
Quite sad that I didn't enjoy much of the concert. Maybe still because of the ghostly wallet.
