English Horn

The concert is over, I requested to play English Horn for the next concert. I have few more months.

So Jinyang gave me the big reeds case. Thus I got some reeds, but mostly are rejected reeds, that mean the condition is so bad that Jinyang won't even bother to play.


First time holding so many reeds in my life.

The score for Planet Earth movement three, for English Horn. Flute part for Poema Alpestre is almost like this, but this is for English Horn, not for flute.

Today is my second time playing English Horn. After two hours of practices, I finally can get all the notes correct, but yet, long long way to go to achieve the tempo.
