Unusual Band Practice

Yesterday was an unusual band prac. Election, and PK's surprise birthday celebration.











For me, I don't prefer this kind of surprise, because scared of heart attack. OK, just kidding. Let the surprise be more fiercely! You know I am kidding still...

For the election, nothing so special about, just like usual, the boring and time eating stuff.





The special thing is that I got elected.

The story is like this. When Cloud asked, "Who want to nominate someone else for this post?", Hock Wei turned and asked me, "Khai Yuen, you want?". Just so suddenly, everyone around me turned and stared at me, and I know, "Oh shit, sure die."

So I spoke some nonsense speech and finally got the post (highlight of the day: I said, "I don't have family commitment, because no family.", and everyone just started to laugh like hell. Then I knew something was wrong, and added, "My family in Malaysia OK."). What post? Logistic officer, something that Joanna said a lot of scope and workload trying to scare people away (so lot that she was scolded by Cloud). I wasn't scared by her though, I wonder why.

So Daniel got welfare, Erina got Property manager, I got logistic (and Mr. Welfare keep calling me "Mr. log o"), Zheguang got Librarian, Hui Juan got publicity and Crystal (a freshie) got marketing.

The best thing of the night is that everyone of us except the former two was assigned an assistant, which made me a lot happier and felt more balance. Good luck Mr. Welfare and Ms. PM. But they came to an agreement that will help each other. In the end, still the same. Haha...

The sad thing is that I have officially become the last person to leave CFA for the next XX band practices. So you have to bear with me, if you hear my voice saying, "Everyone, please pack up by 11pm."
