Play!

Play! is a Video Game Symphony by Singapore Festival Orchestra, conductor by Arnie Roth.

So after marching in the morning, we went to Esplanade.

Our lunch was at Bread Talk.

The concert was $17. I think it worth more than that.

The concert was 2 and a half hours. All of the songs were from video games. Most of them were composed by Japanese composer, such as Nobuo Uematsu, the famous Final Fantasy music series composer.

The orchestra was very good. Many of the performers were from Yong Siew Toh Conservatory. And I know the tubist, who was staying at the same floor with me. And I told Qicai that I even saw him walking around just in a towel before.

Maybe the concert was too long. In the end, I felt very tired, because of concentrating for more than 2 hours. And it worthed the concentration.

Nick said that he was very inspired by the piccoloist and wanted to play piccolo. For me, I wanted to play video games after the concert.

There's something I didn't tell anyone, yet. My favourite part is actually solo of cor anglais, oboe and flute. I have forgotten which song is that, but it's at the second half.

p/s: Forgot to mention, this is my third "last-minute concert". I do think that I have the talent to go last-minute concerts.
