Butterworth

I have reached in Butterworth.

Actually reached in Wednesday morning, but for "surprise" purpose, I postponed this post.

Yesterday (Tuesday), I have moved all my things to my cousin's house. All the procedures were done.

Yesterday night my cousin and I had dinner at Golden Mile Complex. I don't really like Golden Mile Complex, because too many Thailand people there, and I don't like them.

My bus departure was at 9pm.

This was taken at AYE, outside University Hall of NUS. Can't really see something.

Then arrived at Singapore custom around 9.30pm. And in the hall were few peoples only. Not peak season.

And then is Johor custom. Johor custom is a lot more less efficiency than Singapore custom, as usual. I queue like stupid for about ten minutes, then the lady officer tell me to change to other lane because her working time was over. Then another 10 minutes queue. This is Malaysian system.

After the customs, 30 minutes of travel. Then, the bus stopped at a place for others to eat some dinner (maybe supper). I don't like this step, because is like wasting time. But still, it's like a must-do-thing for a long distance bus, so no choice.

I was still hearing to my headphone when I realised that it's already 1.30am. Everyone else has fallen asleep. So I sleep also.

When I woke up, it was already 6.30am. The bus had already reached Butterworth. Don't know why, I woke up in a very sudden way, like those who frighten by nightmares. But I was not even dreaming. Maybe just because I afraid that I will miss the station.

The street and buildings and everything just looked very unfamiliar to me. It's like everything has changed. I can't even recognise that I am already in Butterworth.

I waited 10 minutes for my father to reach the station. He was driving a new car. I heard that he just changed the car last week. "Change car like change cloth", this is comment from my cousin.

Reaching at home, a nice and warm feeling.
