A long day
Today was a long long day, started when I woke up at 7am.
Actually I almost got back to my dream again, but my clock (handphone) just so responsible and called me again.
Then I went to take a shower. A very cool shower in the cool morning. I started taking cool showers since I was in Singapore, and I don't know why.
This is how I meant by very cool. Just turn it to the coolest. Save electricity.
And this is the shower's head.
I went to my Electrical Engineering Lecture. Don't ask me what electrical engineering module it is, because the module name's simply "Electrical Engineering". And I wonder, which lazy guy invented this module's name.
This morning's sun.
Being the first time I attend this module's lecture, I just found myself can't concentrate at all. You know, when I was watching webcast, I can skip the parts that is boring and just focus on those important part. But, I can do anything to the lecturer in a real time situation, so I just have to do some strange thing that I can't remember.
After that, I went to a streaming talk, just beside the place I attended lecture. I soon realised that I have to make a choice soon. The auditorium is almost full at first, but the number of audiences just keep shrinking, and at the end only one fifth of people left. I am proud to announce that, I was one of the people who sit until the last moment. OK, nothing to proud of. I even skipped my programming tutorial for this talk.
After the talk, a free lunch. Somehow free lunch is always tastier than the non-free lunch.
Then my friend and I went to each booth to seek for information. This is the three courses that I think I may take, arranged in my choice priority. And sorry Edna, actually I wanted to consider Engin-science, but too bad, we common engineering students can't take engin-science.
The first one, ISE. Industrial System Engineering. To be honest, I never heard of this course name before, and I keep wondering what this course is doing. Well, it's all about problem and solution, which is beyond just engineering. I found that it may be quite interesting, so I decided to put this in my first choice.
And then ME. Mechanical Engineering. One good thing about this is that specialization with certificate. If I am enrolling in this course, maybe I will choose to specialize in automobile. But well, I think automobile specialization cannot survive in Singapore leh, because Singapore has no car industry (or maybe got, but I don't know).
And the last resort, CVE. Well, if I cannot enter ISE and ME, then I will choose to enter Civil Engineering.
You know, going to a streaming talk is like going to an auction, everyone just seems wanted to attract you by giving you more "betterness". As my friend and I walk from a booth to another, we keep told by the professors that the specific division is good in this or that, and that the job opportunities are always a lot and a lot. Is like, if you ever enrolled in Engineering, that you have nothing to worry about jobs. Not at all.
And then I went to Arts fac, to withdraw money. Then YIH, again, to withdraw money. I have withdrawn a total of $1300, for the sake of Italy trip. Oh man, that's so much, maybe too much for me. At least I only have 87 dollars left in my bank account, and I need to pay $200 for my next year hostel fee by May. I need monetary support!!!
So envy for those who were playing this morning. They get $50, and I get nothing. OK, I didn't play, but not because I don't want, because I am not allowed to. Or maybe I should say, too many players, so I am not required to play, because my skill is not at that level. Why they just don't pity someone that is so pitiful like me?
And then I went to CFA to pay for my airfare. Waited for some minutes there, and once I finished paying the money, I found that it was raining. A heavy rain, just like yesterday, the day I failed my Practical Exam.
